Subject: Charles V Wilhoit 1923-2016

Charles Wilhoit (Captain, USN, Retired), former State Chairman,
Libertarian Party of Tennessee and former candidate for Vice Chairman,
National Libertarian Party, passed away in May, 2016, at the age of
93. He maintained his mental acuity to the end, and until very
recently was in vigorous good health.
