Hi Brett,
You're the second LNC member who has asked this, so I copy the LNC.

We will add LNC regional reps to the notice that goes out to state chairs
for affiliate updates.

We send it 2-3 weeks before the deadline for submissions, with a reminder
about a week before.

​The next deadline will be in August sometime, but has not yet been set.
