[Lnc-business] Filling At-Large Vacancy

[Whitney Bilyeu]

At this time, I am unclear as to whether or not folks should be "applying"
or campaigning for the At-Large position, and whether or not those who were
not elected at National are eligible.

My constituents are asking about this process, because some of them would
like to be considered for the position.

Please advise.
