[Lnc-business] Mark Miller/LPTX contribution motion

I don't have the time to read all of today's emails on this subject that
have been generated today, but I move an email ballot to have the LNC
contribute $5,000 to the Mark Miller campaign in Texas, and $15,000 to the
Libertarian Party of Texas, with the proviso that the entire $15,000 be
used to support the Mark Miller campaign, and this entire motion with the
proviso that it is legal for the LNC to do this.

I am seeking three co-sponsors.
