[Lnc-business] Motion for LNC to Donate $5000 to Mark Miller Campaign

I am seeking 3 cosponsors for the motion below.  We can handle other amounts later in another motion.  This will prevent this part of the assistance from being killed if there is a poison pill in donating more money and prevent us from going back to the drawing board on the whole thing.


I move an email ballot to have the LNC contribute $5,000 directly to the Mark Miller for Railroad Commissioner campaign in Texas with the proviso that it is legal for the LNC to do this.
