It will be sunny and comfortable in Virginia this weekend, with
temperatures in the 40s (a bit warm for my tastes, but comfortable for
most).  You may want a coat.

It will rain Sunday evening.  Umbrellas are available for sale at the front
desk in various designs and sizes; most are about $20.  A similar umbrella
would likely be cheaper elsewhere.  Getting wet is also an option, and it
cheaper still.
