Thanks, Josh.  I had heard about this at a recent Texans for Accountable
Government Meeting in Austin, but forgot to research it.  Thanks for
sharing.  I'd definitely like to see followups to this if they exist as
it's certainly not a view I'd personally get behind.  Perhaps there was
more to the conversation that is omitted?
