We won't know 100% until a written contract is in our hands, but I 
wouldn't stress over a $1,000 Food and Bev minimum. I look at a $1,000 
food and beverage minimum as a $1,000 fee for $500 worth of food, so 
it's more like a $500 room fee which isn't bad.
