Just so you get an idea of the deal that our Helms-Briscoe representative
was able to get us, please take a look at the "rooms" that we will be
staying in next month, assuming Mr. Kraus or Mr. Benedict agreed to accept
the offer from the Arizona Grand:

   http://www.arizonagrandresort.com/rooms/guest-suites/resort-suites/

These Resort Suites are not your typical Holiday Inn or Marriott hotel
rooms.

It is not likely that the on-site Water Park will be usable, since the
average daily high temperature in Phoenix in February is only 71 degrees.
Nevertheless, we should definitely ask to see the Water Park during our
hotel tour.

You might think that we don't "need" this kind of "luxury" for an LNC
Session, and you are probably correct. However, if we want to increase
attendance at our 2018 National Convention by making it more attractive for
families to attend the Convention, this hotel probably fits that requirement
more than a majority of our previous Convention sites.

Seeing the Arizona Grand in person will help you evaluate if my opinion
turns out to be correct or not.
