[Lnc-business] Flight, Hotel, Times, Agenda

Kevin, to your point:  in my admittedly short time on the LNC, I have not
witnessed the LNC getting involved in the details to the degree we did
here.  To the best of my knowledge, we've chosen a date and place, and
staff has selected a hotel and made the arrangements (maybe in consultation
with the chair?).  I do not know why the LNC got more involved this time,
but I don't feel like much benefit came from it.
