James, in regards to the employee use of time sheets, I generally do not think too much of designating jobs to various hours as I have observed over the years that they are not only not very accurate, but the also consume a lot of time just documenting time. The exception might be if say an employee was assigned a particular project that would take up his/her full time for the next few weeks. Roland Riemers ND
