Scott,
The problem using PayPal is that PayPal automatically draws from my checking account, so I do not like doing it for future donations as I can screw up my checking account that way.  And yes, he should have had more then one amount, especially as I wanted to donate $100 automatically yearly,  but was only offered the option of doing $30.
But, it is a work in progress, and will eventually be straighten out.   But, with the many hours he put into it, it would have been nice if it worked better.   But looking at some of the other state sites, I see problems in many of them as well.
Anyway, I am just not gun-ho with just making changes in web sites,   even those professionally done.
