[Lnc-business] Letter to all of the Presidential candidates

I agree fully as well.  I wish the LNC had chosen to speak with a clear
voice on this.  Unfortunately, we instead said we want a contract
circulated, then declined to pass a motion saying what we want the contract
to do.
