[Lnc-business] Future Convention Sites

Rupp is its own facility. UK does use it for basketball, but there are
conventions and concerts there all the time. It doesn't have to be Rupp.
The point is to look at Tier 2 markets. They are more likely to give
away the farm to be relevant.
