That is a VERY good suggestion Ken... though if we were creating a broader
mandate, I would put in a slighter higher budget. I like that idea a lot.
A whole lot. Even if this gets too complicated for email vote, I think
this is a good discussion to have to craft something to put on the agenda.
We stink at institutional knowledge.
