That is also a good suggestion, but my lack of experience here is hindering
me. Since it seems apparent that this will be something I will be seeking
to add to the agenda, I will take a look through the policy manual to see
how other committees are outlines and try to see how this would work.
Any suggestions/ideas/input would be very welcome.
