[Lnc-business] LPedia - request for Motion co-sponsors

The $200 was for server space. A committee could certainly try to get that
donated but they need that budget in the event they could not. I believe
in seeking volunteers and donations whenever practicable - but there is
also a point where we get so bogged down on that - kill the limited
volunteer and staff resource we have trying to find volunteer and staff
resource - that we end up doing nothing which is a worse stewardship of
limited resources IMHO.
