[Lnc-business] Fwd: Proposal for Libertarian Party (from Chairman of Mississippi)

Those both sound reasonable, and the first seems like an exercise in free
speech.

For the second, I'm not sure what professionally written and produced
means.  I take the latter to mean not self-published (and I would suggest
an exception be made for any books about Les Mis) but I'm not clear on the
former.
