[Lnc-business] Amended Gun Rights/Watch List Resolution - seeking co-sponsors

As an FYI, I heard from Chair Phillies of MA who supports this Resolution
with the provision that no-fly lists be included. I let Chair Phillies
know that they are included explicitly.
