[Lnc-business] Results of Doodle

Thank you Nick.  I understood it to be 1/3 of voting members, and today is
the last day we can call for a meeting on the 25th.  We have at least
four.  We need two more voting members.

These proposals will likely pass.  I find it irresponsible to do so over
email, and though I will likely be a lone voice, I will most likely oppose.
 (I say most likely because I confer with the will of my region, and
perhaps I will receive input to the contrary).
