Email Ballot 2016-06: AZ Ballot Access Ruling
I abstain on this motion. While I am very sympathetic to the reason for
the motion, I find
the motion to be poorly construction and not necessary at this time. If a
firm decision to
file an appeal had been made with approximate costs and a timeline included
in the motion
I would have voted in favor. As it stands, this is putting the cart before
the horse.
