[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2016-06: AZ Ballot Access Ruling

I vote yes.

I think I gave my reasons before, but I do want to address one item. It is
unclear to me why it would be preferable to commit and spend money, over
committing money that we may not need to spend. It is unclear to me why it
is a problem to set money aside in case it is needed, rather than waiting
until it is needed. I think it is perfectly reasonable behavior to set
aside money, in order to commit to backing an appeal, while hoping that the
state party wins and doesn't need to appeal. I'd prefer that over
scrambling to hold a vote near the appeal deadline, for example.
