[Lnc-business] National Party Agreement and Joint Fundraising Agreement were signed by me today

I will end up signing it because I cannot fulfill my duties without full
knowledge, but it is under protest. I will fill in a stated purpose and
ending date. The Policy Manual allows for a "standard non-disclosure"
agreement. Is this a uniform form? Here is a basic NDA

This one is way more complex and presented as is is an adhesion contract.
We must sign or cannot fulfill our duties but it goes beyond what is needed
to reasonably secure confidentiality.
