[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2016-09: Mark Miller Contribution

I had an LNC member inquire about where this will appear in the budget. The line 60-Candidates, Campaign, & Initiatives was budgeted for $22,000, and we have spent $14,426. This means that $7574 is left for this budget item. I would not assume that this motion includes an increase in the budget. Without amending the budget, which can be done Sunday, we are able to send only $9,774 ($7574 + 10% * $22000).

Sorry I didn't look into this earlier where the motion could have included a change in the budget.

Motion:  that the Libertarian National Committee donate directly to the Mark Miller campaign as much as is legally allowable up to $20,000.
