I was wondering just that Alicia, when it began to seem that we had not spent the money that we had already voted to spend on that matter. It had me wondering if there were some sort of sunset clause on the expense or if we had some such automatic expiration in the policy manual that I was missing in all its 70 page glory. With all that said, can't the chair just authorize staff to send the money and we just make sure the appropriate ballot line is updated to cover this and any other expenditures for that category?
