[Lnc-business] Donation to Libertarian U S Senate candidate

I largely agree with my colleague from Indiana. A goal has been identified
here; I'm not entirely sure it has national significance, but let's say it
does for the moment. What I am interested in is: can the goal reasonably
be achieved with the amount of money requested, and will the money
requested make a difference in achieving it? I don't need a detailed plan,
but I do want confidence, however I can get it, that the money will
actually make that difference. This can be shown in various ways - past
success, campaign organization, or detailed plans.
In this case, my initial thought is that a candidate who can, with $6300
get to 10%, could also get there with $1300, or, more to the point, would
have raised more. However, my mind can be changed. Do we have polling
data that shows a radio ad can push him over the 10% mark? Do we know how
his name ID is running?
