Starchild, thanks for the hat tip.

Now putting on my Secretary hat, I unfortunately cannot count the vote you
cast because it was 3 minutes and 52 seconds after the stated voting
deadline of 11:59:59 Pacific on October 1, according to the time stamp on
the server which hosts our email list.  My Gmail servers generally support
that time stamp, indicating that Google received the forwarded copy from
our email list between 3 and 4 minutes following the voting deadline.

The motion will still easily pass even without this additional yes vote.
