[Lnc-business] Maine Question 5 (Ranked Choice Voting)

As an Alternate, I cannot co-sponsor. I want to encourage the rest of
the committee to support this action. Instant Runoff Voting, aka Ranked
Choice Voting, has been something I've personally promoted for years. I
believe that it is the Silver Bullet to the "Lesser of Two Evils"
nonsense. It's been court-tested, and found to be both legal and
Constitutional.
