 staff will have time to work on a proposed 2017 budget
 before Election Day.  I would hope they will be able to
 present oneto the Ex. Comm. for review and preliminary
 approval no later than early Thanksgiving Week so the Ex.
 Comm. can meet sometime the following week to amend/approve
 a tentative budget.  That will give the entire LNC about
 10-14 days for review before our next meeting on December
 10th.
 At this time I
 have nothing scheduled for the week of 11/25 to 11/31 and
 can attend an Ex. Comm. meeting any evening.
 Can the other Ex. Comm. members and
 staff comment on this suggested time frame?
