[Lnc-business] Motion: Assemblyman Moore - request for co-sponsors

Our members are holding us accountable for this decision and the reasons
for public votes should be public. I will not agree to such secrecy. Our
politicians must be publicly accountable.
This is not how Libertarian government works.
