[Lnc-business] Letter of Censure

[Caryn Ann Harlos]

Thank you David.  And thank you for sharing my commitment to insist on a
certain level of transparency within said committee.  Imagine if this
decision came out of an opaque committee??  No matter what members may
think of our initial decision here, it was done in broad daylight,
witnessed by members, with votes recorded.  Let this serve as an example.
