[Lnc-business] Drafting LNC Meeting agenda

	As most if not all of you have probably heard, the Green Party and Jill Stein are getting a lot of donations (millions of dollars) and press visibility out of mounting a vote recount effort (see e.g. http://independentpoliticalreport.com/2016/11/jill-stein-raises-more-money-post-election-for-recounts-than-pre-election-for-campaign/ ).

	I'd like to add an item (perhaps 45 minutes) to discuss what if anything the Libertarian Party can do on this front, and more generally, how we can be better prepared to recognize and respond to future events in the news cycle in ways that will reap similar benefits for our party and the freedom movement.
