I am still trying to understand the Project/Program Revenue

in 2016 it says we spent nothing on building fund fundraising - yet we
raised $15,710.00 in "project program revenue" - what was that for?

in 2015 we spent $15,304.00 in building fundraising expenses, yet we raised
$134, 537.50 in "project program revenue" - what was that?
