During this topic of discussion, someone mentioned that one caucus
shouldn't be listed unless all caucuses are listed.
And then I thought: Why _AREN'T_ all the caucuses listed?
I'm thinking that we should consider a process for caucuses to be
"recognized" by the national party, and then they can have a link on a
would-be Caucuses page on the website. This might tie into the Affinity
Group idea that was previously circulated.
The caucuses are members of our own party organizing around certain
issues, policies, or other desires. If others come to the LP with the
same desires, it would be nice to let them know that there are others
who are organized with the same concerns. It might even be the push
needed to get them to switch to Libertarian.

But I would hate to exclude great caucuses like Outright - so how can this be done fairly? I enter to think we have a list at the bottom labeled party cucucuses - require that they explicitly identify as being LP caucuses, have some minimal organization and ALL that request to be listed, be listed.

I would prefer including them all, since it helps people get more deeply involved in the LP. That said, I could see issues coming up, so am fine with exclude them all.
