[Lnc-business] Empowered Future Committee update

The motion is as worded in the minutes but they were not empowered to
produce such a report as you described.  That is way beyond the scope and
all of my prior objections would be even more amplified.  Discussion is not
a motion.  What I posted above is what was passed, nothing more.
