[Lnc-business] Motion for LNC meetings

Except for wanting to support our elected officials in Crystal, I don't
care all that much where we sit in a hotel meeting room. I do care that it
not take months to decide. Therefore, I'll cosponsor what ever results from
this discussion.

I'll join Starchild in opposing having lunch provided, and in any event in
asking that f and b minimum be counted as a cost. Especially if we go to
Texas. I never got to Freebirds last time I was there, and I'm still
kicking myself.
