[Lnc-business] bullies in Ohio

In the email blast below, it mentions that the LNC expects to spend $130k
on Ohio.
Didn't we budget $130k total for ballot access, comprised of $100k for Ohio
and $30k for Arkansas?
Was that figure in the email a typo, or is this an indication that the cost
estimates have shifted substantially upward?
