[Lnc-business] How can we promote higher female attendance at next convention? and also how to engage those applicants?

We just had all these applicants that were not appointed.... can we find
some way to not have them be discouraged and get them something to do?
Maybe with convention or something else?

Also what proactively can we do to promote more female party members to
attend convention? Maybe organize a group of volunteers to make phone
calls?

(these ideas were brought to me by Party members so I am bringing them up
here)
