[Lnc-business] new Region 7 alternate

Region 7 Rep Whitney Bilyeu has notified me that the state chairs of Region
7 have elected Erin Adams as the regional alternate, filling the vacancy
left by Danny Bedwell's resignation last month.  Erin has now joined us on
this email list.
