[Lnc-business] Pledge-only members

A member brought to my attention that it is not immediately obvious how to
join at a zero-dues level.  I know we have this page (
https://www.lp.org/freemembership/) but it isn't under join.

Also the facebook preview for that page says "fill out my Wufoo form!" that
default text needs to be changed.
