[Lnc-business] adding emails and phones to LNC committee page

We have a page on LP.org that lists all the committees and their 
members, such as By-Laws, Platform, Affiliate Support, etc.

https://www.lp.org/lp-committees/

The page currently has the committee members' names, but no contact 
information (with exception of a few cases).

We're now in the process of adding the email and phone for any committee 
members who wish to have the emails and phones displayed. It's entirely 
optional, and you are welcome to list one (such as the email), and not 
the other (such as the phone).

To have you email and/or phone added to the page, please send a note 
with the relevant information to Bob Johnston <bob.johnston at lp.org>.
