I'm about to merge the archives, starting at about 11:10pm Eastern Time. 
  Please hold all email to this list until I give a go-ahead, so it 
doesn't get lost or otherwise mangle the archive.

I'll send an email when it's complete.  It should be pretty quick.

I just tested this with another list and it worked, so it should be 
fine.  It's just that there's a LOT on this list so I'm not sure how 
long it will take to merge everything together.
