*For number 1, why shouldn't the costs for document storage be part of the
annual budgeting, like everything else?*

Tim do you have a proposed change that would cure that?



*In number 7, the vote should be done outside of executive session. The
Policy Manual states, "No action can be taken while in Executive Session.
Discussion of action which may be taken in Open Session can occur."*

Would this cure that?


7. Ensure that any document that would qualify for discussion under the
rules of executive session for the LNC, as outlined under Section 1.02(5),
remains private until such time that the Executive Committee, or the entire
LNC votes in the affirmative to make that information public.
