Basically, it means that the only way to become a party in Ohio is to
petition. It's ridiculous, given that the entire premise behind Ballot
Access laws is to measure for "modicum of support". We met that modicum,
but the Republicans don't like how we did it. 

So we're gearing up for the petition drive in Ohio. It's rather stupid
that we have to spend all of this money in Ohio. But the 6th Circuit
hasn't been much help on this sort of stuff lately, either, and SCOTUS
doesn't seem to care. So, away we go.
