David,
None of the versions have achieved the 4 co-sponsors to become an email
ballot. If you'll check back through the related threads, you'll find that:
Joshua Katz offered an option. Ms. Harlos wanted to co-sponsor only part
of it and then said she would offer a different version. You said you may
co-sponsor part of it but would wait to see what Caryn Ann drafted.
Caryn Ann then put a version out, which was co-sponsored by you and Joshua.
Whitney Bilyeu's version has been co-sponsored by you and Caryn Ann.
