[Lnc-business] Committee applications

Hi Wes, not to embroil you in any of our debates but since I was told I
could just interview the applicants in lieu of my request for information
being in the application it is really critical I get them asap. As most
know, I am traveling to conventions nearly every weekend and calling lapsed
members daily in addition to my other duties so I need lead time.
On the allocations, I believe it is set last convention for top ten but
there are additional seats for a calculation based on BSM and per capita.
