[Lnc-business] packets of bylaws and platform committee applicants are ready

On the spreadsheet I provided listing the names of the applicants and the
committee(s) for which they applied, I have noticed that I mistakenly
failed to indicate that Mark Potwora applied for BOTH platform and bylaws.
I had him marked as only bylaws on this spreadsheet, but his application
lists both.  I did correctly include him in the platform packet, just
didn't mark it on the spreadsheet.
