[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2017-10: Donation to the Mark Wicks campaign

Alicia had said there were likely other questions for Mr. Wicks during this
vote.  I am in contact with Mr. Wicks and will alert him to any questions
and relay the answers here asap.  I am sure he also would welcome any
direct contact from any LNC member.  I am merely acting as conduit as
Montana is my region.
