[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2017-10: Donation to the Mark Wicks campaign

I have an appointment to speak with my contact in his campaign in a few
moments (and likely later to Mr. Wicks personally). I will get the answers
to these questions etc as soon as I can.

PS: Everyone was busy with the campaign and the like, but I did ask for a
specific request earlier. Things were just really hectic (and the fight to
get in the debate took time and there are other organizational issues in
Montana - again due to the unexpected passing of Fellows and
reorganizational growing pains) that led to a later formal request than we
would have expected. The Montana Chair recently resigned - an interim
Chair is in place and on top of things but we know how such things can
cause a disruption. I am comfortable they are on top of things again.
