[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2017-10: Donation to the Mark Wicks campaign

There is not even a mention in this motion of any report back to the LNC on
how the money was spent
and what impact it had on the campaign.  In fact, there is no transparency
in the motion at all which I
would think would be suspect to certain LNC members.
